Sheila is a qualified nutritional cook and coach who is trained to teach mindfulness which she uses to help with digestion problems and general relaxation.

Sheila doesn't believe in diets. "I don’t even like the word! Most diets are not sustainable. Food and its preparation is to enjoy and is one of the strongest bonding process it’s a universal language."
