I initially consulted Sheila with the aim to resolve several long-term issues with my skin. For years I had suffered with eczema which caused me to have dry and itchy skin, which would often crack and bleed. This also had a negative effect on my sleep duration and quality as the itching and pain would cause me to wake several times during the night. During my meetings with Sheila she taught me how to shop for and prepare meals to address my goals and which fitted into my lifestyle well. I also learned a great deal about nutrition. This gave me the knowledge to confidently choose foods which would benefit me.
As a result of following Sheila’s advice my skin improved for the first time for years. Previous to this I had tried a variety of creams and ointments but had never seen any real benefit. I also lost over six kilos and found myself to feel healthier and more energetic in general after implementing these lifestyle changes. While my main concern was initially my skin, these unintended effects were more than welcome!
