Living longer is more than just existing it’s our quality of life that makes life worthwhile... Whilst we cannot stop the changes that come with time modifying certain lifestyle choices will enable us to age better.
Ageing is sometimes seen as negative, something we dread, and we obsess over numbers, years and dates. Society and the media encourages us to search for the holy grail of youth with creams, super foods, surgery always pushing new fads, when the reality is simple, cheap, and easily available to all. It is simply nourishing food, remaining physically and mentally active.
This Package is aimed specifically at the older adult, although eating healthy crosses all generations.

How does it work?
The time frame will depend on the client, their motivation and goals.
The Initial consultation approx. 1 and 3/4 hours
Will take a look at your overall health, physical capabilities, eating and exercise patterns and your goals. (The client will have brought a food dairy of 5 days or have submitted one)
The second consultation:
Recommended within 1 week to 10 days from the 1st meeting.
Duration of approx. 1 and a half hours
Using the information obtained to provide you with a nutritional menu plans, cookery advice, suitable exercises, advice on relaxation techniques and answer any questions that may have arisen. We will discuss how to proceed to achieve you goals.
The 3rd consultation
Recommended within 3 weeks
Duration of approx. 1 and a half hours
Will be a review of the progress made and to determine if any changes or additional advice is needed to enable sustainable progress in the future.
