I have some helpful and simple ideas to help you stay on course of eating nutritious food.

Even if you are on a budget of time and money it is possible to eat, shop and prepare healthy menus.  This calls for little strategic organization, prioritizing and investing in yourself.

  1. Plan your menus for the week I will have a weekly menus prepared  making it easy for you.
  2. Write out a list of ingredients for each recipe and stick to it.
  3. If time is short order on –line it can be cheaper in time, money and effort in the long run.
  4. Use your freezer like your right hand man.
  5. Stock up on convenient foods such as frozen, jars and canned they can still be healthy.
  6. Bulk buy nuts and seeds and freeze them they are very handy healthy snacks.
  7. Prioritize your time efficiently, put aside each week time to prep your vegetables having 
  8. Setting aside time to bulk cook will ensure you have something nourishing and tasty at all times
  9. Enlist a shopping/ cooking buddy to encourage and inspire each other to make it fun and economical.
  10. Put on some music you like and enjoy the process.
  11. Ditch the guilt if you don’t manage to get it right all the time, just look at where you started  from and appreciate the progress you've made, just keeping going.
